China noted a decrease in the risk of cerebral hemorrhage in older people who prefer daytime sleep, which was confirmed by 2017 studies at Peking University.

According to scientists at the University of Massachusetts in the USA, a siesta lasting no more than 30 minutes maintains memory, improves concentration, helps control emotions. This is an effective prevention of neurodegenerative diseases, in particular, for adults suffering from Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's.

In my opinion, practitioners pay little attention to sleep disorders. Developers, top managers, businessmen are people with irregular working hours, experiencing emotional overload, suffering from frequent changes in time zones (if they are actively moving around the world). Their health also needs active support.

In addition to daytime sleep, the drug (not a bioadditive) melaxen (the active substance is melatonin) is also useful. It contributes to a better rest, improves the condition of blood vessels, blood, the brain and nervous system.
